Our President, A. Lee Robertson IV ARM, PLS, PSM has over 28 years of real estate and surveying experience. A licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and pending Kentucky with other states pending. Lee's experiences range from multi-million dollar golf course development with design to elevation certificates. Lee is a Level II Certified Design Professional by the GSWCC. Lee has an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a degree in Risk Management, a Professional Designation in Risk Management, a certificate in Geomatics, and an MBA with concentrations in Global Operations and Finance from New York Institute of Technology. Lee is currently a member in SAMSOG, ACSM, ASCE, UGA Alumni, NYIT Alumni, and Sigma Pi Fraternity International. Lee holds a real estate Broker License in Georgia and Florida. Lee has also been licensed for lines of insurance in Georgia since 1999. Lee is also near completion of the designation of Accredited Land Consultant and is working toward the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member. Lee has served as expert witness on several large court cases and is always available for a consultation on expert witness services.

Lee has served in the role as the surveyor in the real estate department for a class one railroad, a fortune 250 company for several years. Providing consulting services for sales, acquisitions, and public projects.
